TIP: having scheduled for ILBS april 2008, i was touched by the label
"Ceesology" :: questioning what it can be:
a few hours later came in the reference for a domain that links to that quest.

What does Generation mean to you?

and Binding?
and S'ilence :: that is innovative or just weird ain't it?

And what about the combinations that emerge from this "label", because that is what we have here put in some characters and a ' (single apostrophe)?

Can you imagine that this label altogether stands for a new voting principle or name it a new principle of attunement, built in a new vehicle of mutual understandment that principally guides democracy, both individual democracy, collective, state & nation driven and global democracy, in a cosmic, all specie and life connectal pulse?

But where to start ... ?
Okay, there is a website, but that is for students and not for most of us here ... globalgeniusvoter ; that is hard working (=selfstudy) to understand ; indeed because it is a, however slightly structured, complex way of expressing the study for facilitating the communicative approach to narrate on something comepletely new ... something weird versus the thing we got used to "all of our life, here on this planet".

So India, Lucknow december 2006, the 3th Global Democracy Symposium, brought inspiration by children and to talk with them from the new approach on how we could build a new design for a decision making process - isn't a election procedure exact about that : giving a selfish opinion about what decisional team of people we should trust as our guiding crew?

LAST WEEKS (now april 10, 2007) i travelled to tuningen and met steve and sandy and relatives ; apart from my work in this field i am busy (in my thinking) and communicating with democracy reliqs in holland as UWV, CWI and Waternet: my intention is to innovate with them and i see if there is space with those instances to reach their people. This article i'm gonna improve for better understanding in a co-authorship with steve. Generation

people will certainly judge different on what they individually label as their generation;
what we are looking for here is an individual normative and a collective normative:

individual normative for "generation":
as a 35 year old man (yes, i'm kidding for the example) i am a member of 7 generations:
i am the oldest generationclass from 29-35 and i am the youngest one of 35-41 :: a span of 13 years -
check : the other 5 generationclasses are: 30-36; 31-37; 32-38; 33-39; 34-40 (5 + 2 = 7! GC.a to GC.g)

in a lifetime we define 13 generations

we include here all people involved in the poitical core of society ...
did we hereby exclude 0 and above 91?

and thereby dismiss them from the decisional core! systemwise spoken.
WHY do we need such an approach?
That is a good question ... this will be cleared later onwards ; to give it a pivotal start in the new way of thinking ...

In this perspective, looking to the term generation, we can see both interior binding as exterior binding

and maybe this differs through your life : in a certain phase it is GC.a and at another phase it drifted to GC.f?

let us assume your parents are 3/4 generationclasses ahead of your class and your children are 3/4 classes "behind" yours.
This term may facilitate us later in this page, serving the urge of relating to one another in a society, a democracy or "state".

S'ilence

This is as "the sound of silence" (simon & garfunkel) ...
The apostrophe could be a "c" and then it grows similar to "science"; so S'ilence is as "a praise of folly" inviting for playgrounds and humor.
S is a wink to 00 ... the lemniscate, to energy and flow and relations playing.
"i lence" reverberates on "eye lens" :-)
On the practical scene of applicating this theory-note we will later on see this S'ilence stands for both "the cube" and the "sphere", the masculine and the feminine.

The construction of this article here will be guided by a sort of light encoded hierarchy, as the writer experiences that as the most convenient way to communicate the design regarding its intentional meaning and context. Maybe this new kind of writing gets the reader to an experience that somehow relates to the conventional way ... Reckon that the writer appreciates your comments, if you sense such a contactual gesture benefits ... mutual sphere.

7 - Attunement and Communication

Regarding the core of decision making and voting we should agree upon some terminology that facilitates our human game:

In the figure i developed enduring my study i see the previous more systematically guided by the geometry of the HAND.
The figures systematic has to be described yet; applicate the figure in this article and description on design helps to figure out what the description should articulate, making is a widely applicable tool while conversating (more) pure as a contact guide serving both speaker and listener.

i explain this by identifying the 5 twin cells: attunement (the thumb, the invisable point) and the 4 labels (inherited by Ken Wilbers Quadrants of perspective) interior/exterior and individual/collective, resp. giving the cells I-IT-ITS-WE as a basic underneath the quadrant.
The center column 4 out of 7 horizontals serves the conversation representing the catalysing and thereby transformational Silence.

*AND* symbolizes 2 stars pulsing one another in a sphere
Y is the symbol for Orientating the Y'in and the Y'ang; feminine and masculine esteem

Can we agree or at least sense some resonance on those lines that brings up the idea of a pulse, 6 pulses all true and related by pairs and grouped in a context they relate to other pairs as a kind of organisation by decoding the light.

Let us Desribe 5 levels of communication that facilitate the act of expressing on a mutual comprehensible sphere:

Let the direction of existence be both ways ... can be a good advise ...
when we express in a contact then full understanding rises between and among people gathering and speaking ...
the other four processes are included in the expression of connected and aware people.
On formal and more organized and complex occasions debugging by the steps formulated may help to clarify the inconvenient "babelonic".
A clarifying process without any blaming grows mutual understanding of the communication patterns in a group as a whole..

Rough chaotic signals are potential data to focus on in order to apply it to another level of communication than "just a signal" (noise).

Information is a selection of data relating to one another in some sense by one of the partakers communicating.

Remembrance is the domain of information that gives a potential effectiveness or efficiency while bridging information to the level of formulation.

Formulation is a collective field of information sharing respecting all participants sharing the context of the communication process at stage.

Expression is the Output , the End level for the communication executed where all partakers agree a new peace and a new mutual situation.

This description facilitates our design of a new decisional construct that meets the universal principles of humanity and life on a single planet as Earth.
In each step described we may ask ourselves if the design still meets and builds on those principles and levels described.
Isn't it so that life edge is on the communication level where expression tends to rough signals, which is either good or bad. However it can be understood at the contact experience that produces the refine sense for openness, fruitfullness, and other "nesses", trustful homes.

To be more concrete lets see the 5 fields identified, or addressed, in the perspective of next draft:

A meaning of this short presentation of the 4 and the 5 is to express the masculine or cubic cosmicview (4) and the dynamic feminine or spherical cosmic view (5).
Simply by having a dialogue on those quadrants combined in a space and a gathering gains the co-intellectual harmonisation on understanding the mutual need communicating.

6 - Equality and Eternity

When i write down and refer this numer 6 to the principle of Equality it rises the association of Eternity.
I will tell you my thoughts on that :

In my reference the essence of Equality is attached to the Symbol of Rhythm:
see the exercise of a rhythm section in a group of musicians:
they practise on basic rhythms ... and then from that each individual member may rise a solo, an authentic variation, that falls back to the basic rhythm that gives a feeding trust to all individuals for a rise when they sense their turn for a rise.
If you see and sense this field for "jamming" then you may experience the joy of equality that grounds variation and uniqueness for all members.

In the solo, the "oh solo mio", the radiant field of eternity overwhelmes and thereby fills up the joy for music, for being alive and creating.

Returning to the field of Democracy we could agree upon the notice that there should be a noticable effort to include the equality and eternity principle number 6.

As a matter of fact the design of the system presented here offers a great freedom for variance within the generation fields themselves.
Let us keep it simple here by seeing the variance within : sharing a budget 20 among 3 or more (max. 20) options.
How many variations we have there just by different sharingpatterns ...

As we will later see the mass voting system presented here facilitates principle 6: equality and eternity;
where variation is within the generation class and out of the generation class in the pattern of the whole grid working together.

And then some voters may prefer to mix 20 individuals in their coalition, trusting those individuals to form relationships maintain them and sustain a trusting field that grounds all variances within the mass of people and peopletypes that rise their talents in the whole of all individuals.

8 - Integrity and Harmonic

Getting started from the idea delivered by the Theory of Everything, Ken Wilber, we could accept:

every object is a whole and a part of another whole ...

Both are integer, are whole objects ... and the harmonic of the grouping whole resonates in the individual whole, individual object.

Considering the Voting System of a mass of people the 13 generation types 1 to 13 are all informed by the harmonic given by the overall guiding whole.
Does this make sense?

I know it does not make sense yet, however i ask the "students" in this to read this section later again, testing if the design at charge fits in this idea of "the theory of everything", that focusses on holons, another term that came into existence by the theoretic understanding of quantum mechanics.
And i have to rely on the skills of readers here to manage their own gaps, by that relation we will both "enterpride" this mission.

The first quadrant questions the partaker/s what to do, what action resonates from them to evolve ... guided by general (exterior) principles.
So the ?-mark can be the label : action call :: okay?

The second quadrant questions the exterior field where a form chozen facilitates the principles fitting the interior individual and collective.

Here i changed the verb organize for manage, the individual essential functioning as equal member of the collective individuals on a mission.

So the 1st quadrant focussing on action call sets the equality principle as a ground rhythm that facilitates the individual to undertake, so partake.
The collective field organizes the interior in order to facilitate the corporates mission with sense of integrity in the exterior, the world.

The 2nd quadrant sets the form where the 1st quadrant is on action to facilitate the act imbedded in a save contract.
Both mission and reason for existence rely on those clear language statements, where the principles seem opposite they are complementary.

(It occurs to me that the opposite exposure in our (history) world was active due to unaware forces in charge ...)

What i learn from this way of expressing ?
The principles mirror in the Quadrant, while the human language of expressing the " Call " differs due to the approach and addressing the interior or the exterior.

5 - Radiance and Listening

While we are still in a attuning mode before describing the Outcome of this process we may sense that we can imagine a groupspace where we are together. Here interventions can be addressed to s.ace@orange.nl , regarding the frame of this description :

7/6/8/5/9 are orientation spheres and general core principle focusses
4 / 10 / 3 / 11 / 2 / 12 / 1 / 13 are co-creative spheres of the masculine (1-4) and the feminine (10-13)

The essence of radiance is a function of the eye, where the essence of listening is in function of the ear. Both need the field of openness to let in that what can be observed while communicating the enviroment.

On radiance i rely on a description for Tzolkin Moontone Overtone:

Power: EMPOWER
Action: COMMAND
Essence: RADIANCE
Action Directive: "How can I best empower myself?"

Tone 5 provokes us to connect with our truth and radiate that knowing. When we are in command of our own knowing, that radiance expands into the environment, and empowers others to to discover and uphold their truth.

So, this is more than just "challenge" while it gets deeper in order to call for connective focus.

Tone 5 represents the power of the "fifth force" - the center which is everywhere at once. Tone 5 directs: Focus on the heart of the matter. Navigate as though you are shooting a film out of sequence. We affect all aspects of our experience by centering in the ever-present now. Center the mind in stillness; center the heart in love; center the body in breath; and you will find yourself
centered in the cosmos!

it places 5 to 9 backing up a complementary hidden (occult) force, facilitated by 7 (resonance) and all other essences out of 13 as a whole field serving the universal outcome. This is a radiant point of view.
In the masculine perspective MEC resides in the LL
= lower left quadrant - CI - collective interior.

Power Call :: the fifth (beethoven) force - the center which is everywhere at once.
Here the Essence of Radiance itself is analysed in a block of 4 powertypes working together creating the 5th (invisible however experienced symphony of 4 tones)
In the Masculine perspective PC resides in the Q5 spot vortexing the 4 types.

Note: now formulated this complementary field with values of essences, i suddenly see XI arise from the labels interior and exterior ... realizing XI is the chinese expression for energy, the energy vortex that nowadays also is addressed by a term as the zero point field, a sort of technological claimed "god" style.

This exercise of seeing the co-operation i want to sense in a group sphere by testing the validity of the meaning beyond this complex process.
Here i test my vision addressing the 1-4 as masculine and the 13-10 as feminine force types active in the co-creative field of each human (un)dressed. I changed the labels Yang and Yin, resp. to Empower & Pulse and Organize & Harmonize.

9 - Intention and Worldview

Occasionally i tested this sites and editors functioning and placed the above picture in the section below: 4- Form and Construction.
Now i thought it convenient to place it here in 9 :: Intention and Worldview.

Why did this thought came up?
I saw the picture where thoughtlines resonating from the bodies chakrasystem resonate on noosphery clouds ...
Communicating on the human level means to interchange the personalized images with the other human ... together binding the both chakrasystems to get the whole picture.

In a kind of evaluation scientology as the Integral Institute of mr. Ken Wilber and alliances the whole picture is coloured as the Turqoise colour that is also synchroized with the colour Turqoise of mr. Don Beck who explores the theorys of mr. Clare Graves - Spiral Dynamics.
As a matter of fact i, s'ace, like to bind the findings of both allies Ken and Don to the foundings of mr. José Arguelles and his allies. I think it is good to be free of any prejudice while interconnecting all the best observations written down in upmost articulated textures.
Intentionally? well, clarifying my essential worldview in order to shape my talent and give that as a contribution to the world and to my self and my relatives ... What else?

In this frame of intention it can serve me and my allies and critics to parallelize in the adventures we meet ... not by any plan ... however we may be concrete and point to places to illustrate the awareness of possibilities, opportunities :: "lities and nities".

on Decision Making Processes

How to direct the essence of intention in this core?

I think it may be a matter of dissolving the idea that anybody should vote on each issue coming up ... That kind of perfection strife we seemed to practise from a long time ago, from the Greek, the French or the Yankees ... does not matter, because they were all based on the idea te share the Matter. In stead of the idea to relate to oneanother every time again and again getting to zero and create the mutual sphere that guides the best solutions for the actual community.

So, I think this is the reason to meditate a groupsphere when a decision process is coming up. This actually I practised lately in a CHE salon workshop with 22 humans participating and in december this was in slightly different approach practised with 10 children and 2 adults.

Let me describe the exercise on more detail, so we can here see and experience from seeing :

The practise was

have a talk with the participants to connect and prelude the core work
set the rules that need to be respected through this session
create the groupsphere :: we did an electric neureebah meditation ...
explain the exercise: 3 times: search for a place where you want to be and take a decision
the 1st decision : regarding a question choose 5 options out of a list of 33 options / essences
the 2nd decision : ... choose 3 options out of a list of 33 options / essences
the 3rd decision : ... choose 1 options out of a list of 33 options / essences
have a break , explain another working field of a group decision making process
the 4th decision : ... choose at least 3 options out of a list of 33 options / essences given a budget of 20 point to assign and relate
have some talking it over, evaluate, ... and while we are here experiencing different methods of decision making ... which decision making process did you prefer and for what reason ...?

Some anecdote in the Lucknow evaluation learned that the participant prefering the 1st decision making proces of 5 options later saw the same "equality" rise in the 4th decision making method : share 20 points by 4:4:4:4:4 ...
Now also the uniqueness argument rises in this 4th method ...

Can you reader follow the decisional exercise and its essence, or intention to make the articulation for personal communication on the difference more concrete?

Example : starting from a 4:4:4:4:4 figure on how to combine 5 options in a working symphony ... (the Fifth!) we could make our differences by flipping options (votees) or by slightly adjusting the points given ...
in 2 lines described with colours ...

line 1 represents a 1:1:1:1:1 attunement ...
line 2 also, however voter 1 differs from voter 2 by 1 colour / option / votee
line 3 agrees on the same colours as one, however differs in the lining them up in a team

And may flexibility serve the connection from the individual with the core-business: community.

4 - Form and Construction

The Images of the Form that arises to us a written down in the paragraph ahead, 7/6/8/5/9, can arise in this world. It can be implemented in all kind of geographical surroundings that people agree upon as sensible: for instance a state, a continental unity, united states, local communities and world governance facilitators as well.

The construction on all implementation "cells" can be facilitated by a common instrument that is build upon systemic open and met requirements as : reliable toward the participants and the representatives on service.

Each GenerationBo(u)ndCell -GBC- can fill some attributes that refine the parameters within the systemic that are set to be free for the allianced GBC.

In this way the (opensource?) softwarebuilders provide the decisionmaking boards with a mirror on themselves and as well a clean tool educating all members, probably citizen co-existing in and on some trading of energies.

If questions arise more can be told in that specific application; and from there on serve as an illustration towards similar developments.

10 - Manifestation & Narration

i am aware of my own style while developing grounds and trying to get in the mindsphere of fellow citizens, fellow humans arising their potentials on the evolutionary path. just after having more practise in that field i will in due time finish off this paragraph ... which is practised while co-creatively building the bridge between now seperated world and by then re-united ones ... by a critical mass of co-builders.

3 - Service and Devotion

The field of Service is since a few weeks ago covered by the GlobalResonance network. I was guided to that co-creative network by my fellow human Wolfgang.

The field of Devotion is another Force that seems to deliver me, myself, i and myotherones joy ... ;-) expression of that in words seems to burn earth, water and air to ether ... So, i propose that is in the Ether ... the Electrical Field that seems to be co-binding our thinking esteems, a.k.a. the Noosphere.

11 - Liberation & Digestion

While writing this article i was inspired by ongoing parallel adventures. They lead me to align some essences in life. See for this wrap-around.

The Liberation of people will occur when they open their heart to one another, which is illustrated by the medicine of digestion.

The chemic process of true digesting hearts revelates to a deep understanding of what unity and peace learning offer to humans.

A field to be overwon mutually is the field of language. As we saw i refer to the work of mr. ken wilber as well to my further investigations on that quadrant feel by double-helixing a one quadrant perspective to a related one. I labelled this a H*and*Y18. Well the wrap-around structured playfully some themes in a quadrant look. I have to think on another presentation where the H*and*Y18is illustrated in a similar wrap. I tributed that wrap to the work of Ken, where i aim to tribute the new one to the work of mr. jose arguelles .

The new illustrations, as i described them to develop them, may illustrate the meaning of this nr. 11 - liberation & digestion. And thereby it may proof some working of the " generation binding s'ilence" as a whole, a whole view method combining perspectives in a sort of controlled way. Not controlled by some state or nation or network, controlled within the new energyfield unfolding on this planet! This just being enabled by the work of mr. arguelles who gracefully and very impressive indeed managed to produce many books and writings and manifestations following the path that lead him through his life.

we envision "neureebah trac(k)ing" as the label for that "enterpride", which i see as a label for this "cosmic enterprise".

why not?

just by being empty and then see for a stream of frequencies represented by Quadrant Symphonic Themes as musical notes resonating the mind/body may do the thing in a "whippy".

1 - Purpose and Destiny

the purpose of this all is to enter the new spiral of becoming that evolves in our time around the beginning of 2013, which is our meta-destiny ...

this all resonates for me, s'ace, on the life that unfoldes so refined that it takes my breath by its beauty, even if the world, one of the several worlds we live, doesnot show its spark.

During this period of writing i was invited for a visit to Germany. The suggestion raised to have a tinyspeak on Spiral Dynamics. So, i focussed on some material as the essay on "The Day the Earth Stoor Still" written by Don Beck in 2003.
